I also just thought I’d say thank you so much again for everything!! I really try to not think about clothing sizes and weight etc because It’s just not healthy to focus on but I couldn’t help but notice that in the time I have been training with you I have dropped 2 clothes sizes and genuinely feel so much better mentally it’s insane! I am so so grateful honestly.
