121 Coaching (starting from £50)
All 121 Coaching is scaled based on the level of support you require. All sessions are paid monthly from your start date and sessions must be used within six weeks of purchase date.
Online Coaching (NEW)
Starting from £100, you will receive weekly or monthly workouts. I ask that you film yourself in the gym so I can give you the best feedback on your training. This is a great option if you are already confident in lifting and just need some additional guidance and accountability to reach your goals.
4x60min session
Starting from £180, this block is applicable to gym users who already have a strong foundation in technique and require less contact time. You will receive 4 sessions over the course of a month, 1 weekly session. This will focus on a full body workout, targeting any weaknesses, imbalances or chasing your goal. You will also receive a homework plan based around your goals to help with programme adherence.
8x60min session
Starting from £300, this block will allow your more contact time with me, allowing us to achieve your goals quicker and progress within the gym. You will receive 8 sessions over the course of a month, 2 weekly sessions. We will focus on an upper body and lower body day to target specific areas of the body. You will also receive additional homework plans and nutritional support to help with programme adherence whilst in the gym on your own.
12x60min session
Starting from £400, this block option is available to those who prefer a higher level of support both in and out of the gym environment. Focusing on different areas of the body in each session, chasing your goals becomes far easier. With this block, you will receive an additional homework plan to complete in your own time, nutritional support including optimal calories and your macronutrient breakdown.
Bespoke Programme
Starting from £50 I will put together a bespoke programme based on your goals and take you through a session to teach you safe form and technique for the movements involved. This can be a one-off programme, or we can revisit every 4-6weeks and update your programme to ensure you are progressing. I will always recommend completing one block of sessions together so I can truly put together a programme designed for you. Taking into account your strengths, weaknesses, likes and dislikes, building sessions that you will enjoy.
